How do I play?

That’s the challenge. impossible MATH doesn’t ship with instructions — the puzzle is figuring out what the colors mean. Tap a mode tile on the M.A.D.S. screen to start a level. Each level shows you a problem and ten color buttons. Pick the right one. The game tells you nothing else; that’s the point.

I bought Remove Ads but the banner is still showing.

Open Settings (gear icon, top right) inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your entitlement with Apple’s servers. If the banner still appears after a restart, email us at impossiblemath@lmmediallc.com with your Apple ID country and the approximate purchase date and we’ll investigate.

I’m on a new device. How do I get my purchases back?

Settings → Restore Purchases. Apple re-applies any non-consumable purchases (like Remove Ads) tied to your Apple ID, on any device.

How do I get on the leaderboard?

Beat all four modes — M, A, D, S — at 100% on the Easy tier. The end-game screen will offer to submit your entry. The Hard and Impossible tiers each add an achievement icon next to your name when you complete them.

How do I remove my leaderboard entry?

Email impossiblemath@lmmediallc.com with the display name and country code you submitted, and we’ll remove the entry within a few business days.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests should go directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t process refunds on Apple’s behalf.
